5. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Weather Policy

• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee unless due to a verified emergency.
• Bad weather may require rescheduling. Weather-related delays do not result in fees or discounts.
• If PDN Power Wash Pros must reschedule your appointment, a courtesy discount may be offered at our discretion.

6. Chemicals, Safety & Consent We use industry-standard, eco-friendly, and surface-appropriate chemicals. Before starting work, our technician will:

• Review all chemicals being used with you
• Inform you of potential side effects
• Obtain your verbal or written consent

7. Damage & Liability PDN Power Wash Pros is insured and takes precautions to prevent damage. However:

• You must provide timely, documented proof of any damage claimed
• We maintain before-and-after photos and document consent and property condition
• Verified damages caused by us will be addressed fairly and promptly

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, weak or aged surfaces, or damage resulting from improper property maintenance.

• Late payments may be subject to service fees or collections

9. Discounts & Promotions

• Discounts must be applied at the time of booking and may not be combined unless specified
• Reschedule-based discounts are at the sole discretion of PDN Power Wash Pros

10. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee If you’re not satisfied with your service, notify us within 24 hours. We’ll return to resolve any issues to the best of our ability. This guarantee does not apply to stains or buildup that require specialized treatment beyond the scope of the original service.
